Ironworks was engaged to implement MS PerformancePoint to provide role specific dashboards, reporting, ad-hoc and performance management capabilities to support financial and personnel analysis across the client’s headquarters, regions, installations, and programs. As part of this engagement, Ironworks:
- Implemented MS Performance Point as the Business Intelligence platform
- Led key requirements and design activities
- Developed a Financial Data Mart that loads data via a web service/SSIS process
- Built an Analysis Services cube to support reporting and dashboards
- Created executive dashboards for measuring financial execution and manpower-related data in PerformancePoint
- Integrated with SharePoint providing a single point of entry for all BI and Reporting as it relates to the above subject area. In addition, it allows for the ability to post documentation, collect and share analyses, and log issues and comments from the different global geographies
- Implemented project management practices and operational processes to manage the migration process and track status of applications.
