Special Olympics Virginia
Each year, Ironworks participates in the Richmond Corporate Games, which benefits Special Olympics Virginia. The games are a citywide event, with approximately 20-30 teams vying for the championship from companies all over Richmond. Even though the competition is serious, the primary purpose of the games is to raise money for Special Olympics Virginia and to be a team building, synergistic experience for companies and their employees. |

| The games include a combination of athletic events which test speed, skill, endurance, and our sense of humor. Some of the most popular and fun games to watch are the tug of war, obstacle course, and zany relay. |
